Ethics & Quality Policy
The ethical rules and quality standards behind how we handle every employer, candidate, and placement.
Clear policy protects both the employer and the worker.
Our policy emphasizes lawful processing, verified demand, fair communication, responsible employer terms, and worker dignity, backed by a documented process we hold ourselves to on every placement.
Verified demand
We review employer requirements and documentation before beginning recruitment.
Fair selection
Candidates are assessed on skills, experience, documents, and role fit.
Responsible deployment
Workers are briefed clearly before departure and supported through transition.
Code of ethics
Everyone who works for or on behalf of Skillwise International is expected to follow these commitments:
- Lawful recruitment. Every placement is processed through Nepal's licensed recruitment system and the legal requirements of the destination country.
- No fees charged to workers. Recruitment costs are borne by the employer, and workers are told this before they apply.
- Freely chosen employment. No worker is forced, deceived, or pressured into a job, and identity documents are never withheld.
- Honest information. Job role, wages, benefits, working hours, and living conditions are explained in a language the worker understands before a contract is signed.
- Fair and equal treatment. Candidates are selected on skills, experience, and role fit, without discrimination.
- Confidentiality. Personal information is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Access to remedy. Anyone can raise a concern through our grievance mechanism without fear of retaliation.
Quality policy
Skillwise International aims to supply employers with candidates who match the requirement, are properly documented, and arrive prepared to work, while protecting the rights and dignity of every worker we deploy. We do this by following a documented recruitment process, keeping accurate records, and reviewing our performance to keep improving.
Quality objectives
- Verify every demand and its supporting documents before recruitment begins.
- Shortlist only candidates who have been screened against the employer's actual requirement.
- Complete documentation, medical, and visa steps accurately and on the agreed timeline.
- Give every worker a pre-departure orientation before deployment.
- Record, investigate, and resolve every complaint, and use what we learn to improve.
- Stay reachable to employers and workers after deployment.
